Cancelling Subscription Payments
Sad to see you go, but you can cancel your plan at any time. You keep access until the end of the time you have already paid for. Your plan will not renew.
Cancel your plan
Section titled “Cancel your plan”- Open Settings > Plans and billing.
- Choose Start cancellation.
- Complete the cancellation in Stripe. Just opening Stripe does not cancel your plan.
Back in Plans and billing, Access ends shows your final date. If you have time left, we send an email when you cancel and a reminder the day before access ends.
Stripe may show a discount offer when you start cancellation. Read the amount and duration before you accept. You can continue with cancellation instead.
What happens to your stories?
Section titled “What happens to your stories?”Your paid features and published stories stay available until your paid period ends. After that, your stories become temporarily unavailable to visitors. They are not deleted or unpublished.
If you subscribe again, your stories become available again. You do not need to publish them again, and their original publish dates stay the same.

Changed your mind?
Section titled “Changed your mind?”Before your access ends, choose Manage billing and use Stripe’s option to renew your subscription. Check the plan and renewal details before you confirm.
