What if my export fails?
Section titled “What if my export fails?”Just try again! If photos fail to download, the export will continue and tell you how many couldn’t be included. You can retry or export those stories individually.
Can I export videos and audio?
Section titled “Can I export videos and audio?”Currently, exports include images only. Videos and audio files are excluded to keep file sizes manageable.
What format are the photos?
Section titled “What format are the photos?”Photos are downloaded as high-quality JPEGs at 2000px width—the same quality you see on your site.
Can I import my export somewhere else?
Section titled “Can I import my export somewhere else?”Yes! The export creates standard files:

Tips for Successful Exports
Section titled “Tips for Successful Exports”💡 Keep the browser tab open during Full Export—closing it will stop the download
💡 Use Chrome or Firefox for best results with large exports
💡 Export important stories first using Per-Story Export before doing a full account backup
💡 Check your downloads folder if you don’t see the ZIP file appear
