# Animation Effects

Exposure sites and stories include various animation effect to make visiting your work feel smooth and slick. Below is an example of how photos fade as you scroll a story.

We understand that this is not to everyones taste so we have included a toggle in your [Preferences](<https://exposure.co/preferences>) to disable all animation effects. This can also help in the case your visitors may have any visual impairments. 

The toggle can be found under Design Options.
