To add a Table of Contents to your story by simply clicking on the "Table of Contents" toggle in the Story Options panel, it lives under Display section.
Each Story Group that includes a Title will be included in the Table of Contents automatically and any changes made to those titles will automatically sync to the Table of Contents.
